These Syrah grapes were sourced from Washington's Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The grapes were destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. After malolactic fermentation was complete, the wine was pressed and racked into French-made American oak barrels (20% new, 80% used) for 14 months of maturation.
