Riesling grapes were gentle pressed into juice and cold fermented at 55°F in stainless steel tanks to preserve the "fresh fruit" flavors for which American Riesling is known. This wine has 1.4% residual sweetness to balance its refreshing acidity. 6% Muscat Canelli was added for extra flavor richness and aromatic complexity.
