We pressed Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin grapes into juice prior to fermentation. The resulting rosé juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks and fermented at 58°F until dry. Cold fermention preserved this wine's natural red fruit aromas and flavors.
Food Pairing Notes
This is a great picnic wine that pairs well with burgers or chicken salad. Also goes well with mild cheeses.
