32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Noiret, 20% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 4% Grenache Noir, and 4% Cabernet Franc
This dry rosé was made from a variety of grapes grown in Yakima Valley, Washington and here at Arrington Vineyards. The grapes were pressed and the resulting juice clarified prior to fermentation. The beautiful pink grape juice was then fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to preserve and enhance its natural red fruit flavors.

Dry rosé pairs well with many types of food: picnics, grilled chicken, hamburgers, lobster, fish, soft cheeses like Chevre, Greek dishes, Mexican food, Thai food, spicy food.
