WHERE DO WE SHIP WINE?
We are licensed to ship wine to every state in the USA except Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware (onsite only), Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island (onsite only), and Utah.
Shipments of wine require an adult signature for delivery. Consider shipping to a place of business to ensure that your wines are delivered on the first attempt. FedEx will attempt to deliver your wine shipment 3 times. After that, FedEx will hold the package at their facility for 5 days before returning it to Arrington Vineyards. Purchasers are responsible for all taxes, shipping and handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old/wrong address. Should your wine shipment be returned to AV for any reason, the fee to reship would be an additional full shipping rate. All shipments returned back to Arrington Vineyards are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
FedEx shipping rates vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed.
Approximate GROUND shipping rates are based on the following wine bottle quantities:
1 to 2 bottles = $22 to $28
3 to 4 bottles = $24 to $32
5 to 6 bottles = $30 to $39
7 to 12 bottles = $36 to $61
Wine Club members receive complimentary ground shipping with every order of 12 bottles or more - saving members up to $61 per shipped order!
AV Gift Cards purchased online are mailed on weekdays via USPS First Class Mail. A Postage & Handling Fee of $3.55 will be applied to your order total at checkout. USPS Tracking details are provided to the email address listed on your order.

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
Yes! Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. To order FedEx Overnight shipping, please call our Shipping Department at 615-395-0102 ext 217. We ship Express Overnight and 2-Day packages Mondays through Fridays. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day unless you select Saturday delivery. Also, please note that "2-Day Shipping" means 2 BUSINESS DAYS. FedEx may apply an additional $16.00 fee for a Saturday delivery on Express Overnight orders.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. We strongly recommend that you use a business address, if possible, to ensure that an adult 21 years or older will be available to sign for your wine shipment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REROUTE MY PACKAGE?
If you will not be home to sign for your shipment, you can contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-Fed-Ex or go to: www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/hold-at-location.html .
FedEx can hold your shipment at a FedEx location near you so that you can pick up your shipment at your convenience. You can also contact our Shipping Department directly at 615-395-0102 x 217 and we will be able to reroute your package to a new address for an additional fee.
WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
Shipments of wine require an adult signature for delivery. However, shipping laws do not require the signature of the addressee - only the signature of any adult 21 years or older.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Arrington Vineyards Gift Cards.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE TROUBLE ORDERING?
If you are having trouble ordering from our online store, please email email@example.com or call us at 615.395.0102 ext 217. We will respond to your email or voicemail within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that our Shipping Department's hours are 9am to 5pm CT Monday through Friday.
When the weather is hot (above 85°F), we generally ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure same week delivery and avoid heat damage. We may, at times, contact customers to recommend Overnight shipping (additional shipping fees will apply) or delaying shipment to ensure your wine arrives safely. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped.
RETURNS / DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Arrington Vineyards guarantees the quality of our products and service. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. All returns of merchandise or any issues with your wine purchase must be handled within 30 days from receipt and all returned wines due to undeliverable packages must be handled within 30 days from the shipment being returned to Arrington Vineyards.
