Reset Your Password
We have recently switched to a new software platform. Thus, you will need to reset your password in order to log in and access your account. Once you are logged in, you can reset your password, update your shipping information, and, of course, purchase your favorite wines!
Step 1: Click this link
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account
Step 3: Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Password Reset". Open the email and click the button within the email to access your account. The button should open a new page to your AV account.
Step 4: Now you should be in your account! Here you can update your password and address information.
