Important: Your wine shipment must be signed for by someone who is at least 21 years of age. FedEx is not allowed to leave wine shipments on a doorstep.
Arrington Vineyards takes very seriously its commitments to sell our products to adults in a responsible manner and to prevent under-age access. To finalize your shipment, additional information may be needed for our comprehensive age verification process.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and shipping service selected but rates are based on the following bottle quantities:
FedEx Ground (2 - 5 Business Days)
Tier One (1 to 2 bottles): $17 - $22
Tier Two (3 to 4 bottles): $21 - $29
Tier Three (5 to 6 bottles): $20 - $33
Tier Four (7 to 12 bottles): $25 - $56
**Wine Club Members receive free FedEx Ground shipping for 12 bottles or more.
Tier One (1 to 2 bottles): $19 - $55
Tier Two (3 to 4 bottles): $23 - $78
Tier Three (5 to 6 bottles): $29 - $94
Tier Four (7 to 12 bottles): $35 - $149
Gift Cards are mailed out Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail and the Postage Fee of $3.55 will be applied to your order total upon checkout.
We provide the following shipping options:
Overnight Shipping - Mon-Fri (Saturday Delivery available for an additional charge)
2nd Day Air - Mon-Wed
Ground Shipping - Mon-Fri (with the exception of Federal Holidays)
CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. You will be presented with the option to select from available shipping options upon checkout. Overnight shipping is available Monday-Friday. Express orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day unless you select Saturday delivery. Additional charge may be applied for Saturday deliveries selected on overnight orders.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, General Delivery, or APO/FPO.
When shipping wine, we strongly recommend that you use a business address if possible, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REROUTE MY PACKAGE?
Once your Wine Club Shipment, Online Store or Tasting Room Order has been processed and a change of address is required while in route, a one-time complimentary reroute will be honoured. Please contact the Shipping Department at 615.395.0102 x217 directly. All future reroutes, after the one time complimentary reroute, a charge of $12.00 will be applied to the order.
IF I AM A SHIPPING WINE CLUB MEMBER, CAN I PICK UP THE WINE AT THE WINERY AND SAVE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Absolutely! If your wines are scheduled to ship, you may contact the Wine Club team prior to the order processing deadline and request for them to hold your order for pick up at the winery. You should receive an email at the beginning of each quarter with important dates including order processing. Someone from the Wine Club Team will be in touch with you to confirm the change has been made. All orders will be held for pickup approximately 30 days from the processing date. If you haven’t had an opportunity to pick-up your wines within a timely manner; they will be shipped to the address on file for a nominal shipping fee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders in by 10am CST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 10am will typically ship the following business day. FedEx Ground Shipments can take anywhere from 1 business day to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location. You should receive a FedEx tracking number to the email address provided on your order. Please contact the Shipping Department if you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order. A total of three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our facility. If you have any questions about your order or its delivery status, please email email@example.com.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Arrington Vineyards Gift Cards.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE TROUBLE ORDERING?
If you are having trouble ordering wine from the Arrington Vineyards online store, please email Shipping@arringtonvineyards.com or call us at 615.395.0102. Your email or voicemail will be responded to within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend by the Shipping Department. Please note that the Shipping Department and Business Office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Arrington Vineyards is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Hours are subject to change.
Arrington Vineyards offers 2nd Day, and Expedited Next Day Delivery services. However, during extreme weather conditions or temperature variances, we want to ensure that the quality of your wine is not impacted. During such weather conditions, we may contact you to reschedule the shipment date for your order.
SEASONAL WEATHER NOTICE:
Please note that at this time, many states are experiencing temperatures below 30 degrees. We recommend shipping 2-Day or Overnight Shipping for those areas. Arrington Vineyards does not cover cold damage. If you would like to place and order to reserve wine and have it held to ship at a later date when the temperature warms, we would be happy to hold your wine free of charge as a courtesy to you.
