Private Parties
Arrington Vineyards has several options for groups wanting to host an event at the winery. For private events we encourage you to visit the winery (during business hours) Monday – Friday. Please see any tasting room employee when you arrive and they will be happy to show you our available spaces.
WE DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DATES (OR) HOST WEDDINGS. Because we are a working production facility, we are not able to completely shut down the winery.
CELLAR ROOM PRIVATE TASTINGS
(Available Monday – Friday 11am – 9pm)
For groups up to 40 guests Arrington Vineyards can host a private exclusive wine tasting with one of our experienced staff members in our beautifully decorated Cellar Room. Guests will be treated to a detailed wine tasting of all of our available wines. Each guest will receive an AV Stozle crystal wine glass as a gift. Wine tasting crackers are also provided. The cost of the room is $25 per person. The minimum is 8 people. Length of tasting is approximately 1 hour. The rental fee is due at time of booking or the date may be released. The rental fee is non refundable.

CELLAR PATIO EVENTS
(Available Monday – Friday 11am – 9pm)
This includes private use of an area of our beautiful Cellar Patio for 4 hours for groups up to 50. The patio includes 6 picnic tables and 1-6ft folding table for food/wine set-up. The cost of the patio is $250 and a 3 case (36 bottles) minimum purchase. The rental fee includes a tasting room employee to monitor the area. Wine tastings can be done in groups of 6 - 8 upstairs in our retail tasting area. The tasting area will still be open to the public during business hours. Groups are welcome to bring food or have food delivered by a caterer. Because we do not have a food prep area, catered food should be delivered ready to eat. Eating utensils and food service items must also be brought in. You are welcome to bring in soda. Outside wine, liquor and/or beer are not allowed on the property. The area is entirely outdoors and uncovered. Arrington Vineyards has 2 public restrooms and 2 port-o-lets available for use. The rental fee is due at time of booking or the date may be released. Change of date due to weather will be accommodated based on availability. The rental fee and wine is non refundable.
Additional Options/Information:
- Our entire Cellar Patio can be rented to accommodate groups up to 100 guests. The additional patio area is available Monday – Thursday only. The cost is an additional $500 fee. It includes 6 additional picnic tables.
- Groups can host a private exclusive wine tasting with one of our experienced staff members in our beautifully decorated Cellar Room for an additional fee. Guests will be treated to a detailed wine tasting of all of our available wines. Each guest will receive an AV Stozle crystal wine glass as a gift. Wine tasting crackers are also provided. The cost of the room is $15 per person when packaged with the Cellar Patio rental. Length of tasting is approximately 1 hour. Maximum capacity is 40 guests for each 1 hour tasting session. The rental fee is due at time of booking or the date may be released. The rental fee is non refundable.

WINE COURTYARD TENTED EVENTS
(Available Monday – Thursday 11am – 9pm)
We also offer a beautiful outdoor courtyard that will be tented for groups up to 120. The area includes 14 picnic tables and 2 -6ft folding tables. The cost of the tented courtyard is $2,000 and 4 case (48 bottles) minimum purchase. The tent is 40 x 40 with lighting. The rental fee includes a tasting room employee to monitor the area. Wine tastings can be done in groups of 6 - 8 upstairs in our retail tasting area. This area will still be open to the public during business hours. Groups are welcome to bring food or have food delivered by a caterer. Because we do not have a food prep area, catered food should be delivered ready to eat. ARRINGTON VINEYARDS WINE OUTINGS
(Outings are available everyday subject to bus company availability)
Concerned about getting your large group to and from the winery? We have a solution for you – our Special VIP Group Transportation. This includes round trip transportation from your location to and from the winery on a private bus. Your group will gather in the tasting bar retail area to do a full tasting of our award-winning wines. Tastings will be done in groups of 6. While guests are waiting to taste, they can purchase wine to enjoy on our deck, patio or lawn. Food can be brought with your group or individuals can purchase cheese and crackers from our gift shop. This package can accommodate groups up to 50. The cost is $25 per person with a $350 minimum charge. The entire outing will last approximately 3-4 hours including travel time to and from the winery. Children under 2 are free. Pick up and drop times and address are needed upon booking.
