Arrington Vineyards is the perfect setting to host an event for your friends, family or business! We offer three different private rental package options (Cellar Patio Events, Tented Courtyard Events or AV Wine Outings). Detailed outlines of each rental package are available on the tabs on the left of this page. For private events we encourage you to please read the package outlines and then visit the winery (during business hours) Monday – Friday to confirm that AV can provide the setting you are wanting for your event. Please see any tasting room employee when you arrive and they will be happy to show you our available spaces. Our event coordinator is available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment or book an event please send an email to Ryan Turek. Please include in your email the date you are requesting, the number of people for your event and the package option you are wanting. Events can be scheduled 6 months in advance.

Receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, etc. are allowed as long as they fit within a private rental package option. Because we are a working production facility, we are not able to completely shut down the winery.
All groups are welcome to visit Arrington Vineyards without booking a private event. We do not take reservations or reserve tables unless you are booking one of the private event packages. AV does not take deliveries of food. The responsible party is required to be at AV. Rental companies are not allowed to deliver on the property unless you are booking one of the private event packages. We do not have food service supplies or items that can be borrowed. Arrington Vineyards does not allow items or food to be used as table holds for groups needing multiple tables. Each table must have a person sitting at the table in order to hold them. Food only tables are not allowed. AV requires all tables to be used for seating. We appreciate your understanding with these policies.
