Light bodied, light red wine with aromas of strawberry jam and cherry pie lead into fresh bing cherry and plum flavors.
Not entered into competitions yet
This wine was made from dark purple Chambourcin grapes. The grapes were pressed after a few hours after crushing, resulting in the light red color. It was fermented cool (55F) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural red fruit flavors.
Perfect picnic and summertime wine. Pairs well with everything from burgers and BBQ to roast duck.
