Introducing Firefly Rosé

Welcome our newest wine - Firefly Rosé
Made with our own purple Chambourcin grapes, its name refers to the numerous fireflies that grace our vineyards each summer.
This is the perfect picnic and BBQ wine - served chilled, or even over ice. Bursting with cherry and plum flavors, it goes great with everything from burgers to roast duck!
Winemaker Notes:
This wine was made from dark purple Chambourcin grapes. The grapes were pressed after a few hours after crushing, resulting in the light red color. It was fermented cool (55F) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural red fruit flavors.
