Hot Air Balloon Rides

Arrington Vineyards has partnered with Ace High Ballooning to offer guests an experience that they will never forget! Hot Air Balloon rides can be arranged for marriage proposals, birthdays, special anniversaries, specials occasions or just for fun.




There are three available Arrington Vineyards exclusive packages that can be for an individual or up to 4 people.   
 
SUNSET PACKAGE:
 
Individual rate: $250/per passenger
*other guests may be with you on the ride
         
Private charter: $700/ for 2 passengers
 Includes:
·      One (1) Hour Ride in the Arrington Vineyards Hot Air Balloon
·      Priority Wine Tasting before your flight
* Post flight tastings may be available depending on flight time
 
Please arrive to the vineyard at least 30 minutes prior to the departure of the balloon for wine tasting


CHEERS PACKAGE:

Individual rate: $290/per passenger
*other guests may be with you on the ride.
        
Private charter: $770/ for 2 passengers
 
Includes:
·      One (1) Hour Ride in the Arrington Vineyards Hot Air Balloon
·      Priority Wine Tasting before your flight.
·      Two (2) Souvenir Crystal AV logo Wine Glasses
·      Your choice of one (1) of AVs award winning wines (reserve wines additional $10)
* Post flight tastings may be available depending on flight time
 
Please arrive to the vineyard at least 45 minutes prior to the departure of the balloon for your wine tasting
 
CELEBRATION PACKAGE:

Individual rate=$365/per passenger
*other guests may be with you on the ride.
        
Private charter= $815/ for 2 passengers
 
Includes:
·      One (1) Hour Ride in the Arrington Vineyards Hot Air Balloon
·      Priority Wine Tasting before your flight.
·      Fresh bouquet of flowers
·      Two (2) Souvenir  Crystal AV Wine Glasses
·      Your choice of (1) of AVs award winning wines (reserve wines additional $10)
·      Simply Living Life offers gourmet picnics that are delivered to AV. The picnic comes with almost everything: a cozy blanket, tableware, and a fabulous picnic meal for two made with the freshest ingredients.

   Menu –Fresh Buffalo mozzarella layered • with tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with balsamic vinegar •   penne pasta with sundried tomatoes • and shaved parmesan auted greens topped with savory grilled boneless chicken breast  • rustic farm bread grilled with butter and fresh rosemary and sprinkled with sea salt
 
*Post flight tastings may be available depending on flight time
 
Please arrive to the vineyard at least one hour prior to the departure of the balloon for wine tasting and picnic



General Information and Options:
 
When you arrive to Arrington Vineyards please go to the main tasting lodge and let anyone of our tasting room employees know you are there to go up in the AV Hot Air Balloon.   If you have chosen one of our packages please tell the tasting room employee what package you have chosen, Cheers!!
 
Reservation is held with a credit card and nothing is charged until after you fly.  If we cancel due to weather then nothing is charged to you.
 
No-shows will be charged in full. Your credit card is kept on file to insure your arrival.
 
Chase option: Chase option is for those who wish to participate but not fly in the balloon. They are able to follow from the ground with our staff and join the group at the landing location.  The rate per person for the chase is $20.
 
Limo option: Arrington Vineyards works with local limo companies and can arrange this service to be part of your experience.
