Medium bodied dry Rosé wine with aromas of strawberry jam and cherry pie followed by Bing cherry and plum flavors.

This wine was made from dark purple Chambourcin grapes. The grapes were pressed after a few hours after crushing, resulting in a light red color. It was fermented cool (55F) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural red fruit flavors.
Firefly Rosé is the perfect picnic wine and pairs well with everything from pasta salad to burgers and BBQ.
