Terms of Agreement:
I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. By becoming a member of Kix’s Wine Club I understand that after one (1) shipment, I may cancel my membership with a written notice no later than the 1st day of the next scheduled month of shipping. Shipments are sent quarterly during the months of March, June, September and December. Any memberships canceled after the 1st day will incur the regular fee for that month’s order and cancellation will be effective for the next quarterly wine order. I understand that my credit card will be charged in accordance with my choice of membership. Packages returned to the winery will be returned to stock and all shipping and wine costs charged to the member credit card will be non-refundable. ‘Pick up” orders unclaimed within 30 days of the billing date will be shipped to the member. All shipping costs associated with unclaimed orders will be charged to the member credit card. Unclaimed orders not available for shipping will be returned to stock and all costs charged to the member credit card will be non-refundable. Arrington Vineyards cannot guarantee the availability of a purchased vintage when a shipment is not picked up or received after 30 days of the billing date. Wines from a shipment may not be traded for other selections. Club discounts are not valid with other specials or discounts offered by Arrington Vineyards. Club benefits are only available to you and your significant other. Club discounts are not available on Reserve wines or food. Only the wine in your quarterly orders are discounted at 20%. Membership is non-transferrable. Membership cards and/or photo identification must be presented to receive discounts on-site at the winery. Arrington Vineyards reserves the right to change or amend the wine club at any time.

Shipping Policies:
Please note that all orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years and that verification of age will be required upon receipt of your wine. Any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at the nearest FedEx location, until appropriate identification is produced, or be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of, and be charged to the member credit card. No deliveries can be mailed to a P.O. Box. Due to the restrictions of many state laws, Arrington Vineyards only ships wine to those states where direct shipment is permitted by law. In addition, some states impose limitations on the amount of wine that a resident of that state may receive.

Please note we cannot accept club memberships for shipment of wine outside the United States or to these states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CT, DE, HI, KY, KS, MA, MD, ME, MS, MT, NJ, NY, OK, PA, RI, SD, and UT.
