Rich, complex flavors of chocolate covered cherries, mocha and clove
Not yet entered into competition.
This “port” style wine was made from our hillside Chambourcin vineyard. Brandy was adding to halt fermentation and preserve the natural sweetness of the grape juice. Barrel aging added mocha and clove flavors.
