Donations
We are pleased to accommodate requests for donations whenever possible. Arrington Vineyards donation item is one (1) bottle of Arrington Vineyards wine, autographed by Kix Brooks.
Requests are limited to one charitable event per year. We unfortunately are not able to accommodate any out-of-area or out-of-state request at this time. All donations must be picked up at the winery by the requesting party since we are restricted from delivering wine due to state regulations.
Please submit all requests in writing on company/sponsor letterhead. Please include the following information:
-Description/mission of the organization
-Date, time and location of event
-Event purpose/beneficiary
-Description of how item will be used (auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
-Verification of 501(c)3 (non-profit status)
-Contact name, telephone number and complete street address

Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the event date.
Arrington Vineyards usually does not make contributions to religious, fraternal, political, labor, social, or veteran's groups, as well as conferences, newsletters, and magazines.
