Aromas of blackberry cobbler and blackberry preserves are followed by luscious blackberry flavor; the sweet finish lingers on and on.
Not yet entered into competition.
Blackberry juice from the Pacific Northwest was cold fermented and sweetened with fresh blackberry syrup. Best while fresh and young – does not benefit from aging.
Vanilla ice cream, crème brulee, chocolate desserts, can be used in mixed drinks such as Blackberry Champagne Cocktail.
