How much does it cost to join Kix’s Wine Club?
There is no fee to join our wine club. We only require that you receive at least 2 bottles of wine each quarter, discounted at 20%. ( Member exclusive wines are not avialable for additional discounts.)
When do my benefits begin?
When you sign up! You can start taking advantage of your benefits immediately.
Do I get to pick my wine selections?
With our Fan’s Choice Club you can select your wine each quarter or receive the same wines. Approximately two weeks prior to each quarter a email reminder will go out with the available wine selections for the upcoming quarter. You can update your order by emailing Sarita Blankenship at email@example.com or by calling us at the vineyards.Please keep in mind that certain vintages are not always available. In our Red, White, or Mixed Fan Clubs our winemaker selects the wine for quarterly orders.
Can I get my discount when ordering online?
Yes, you must log in before you place your order. A 10% Discount will automatically be applied to your order once you have logged in.
How will I know when I have been charged?
Quarterly orders are automatically charged to your card on file during the first week of March, June, September and December. A reminder will be sent via email approximately two weeks prior to each quarter.
Will I receive notification when my wine is shipped?
You will receive a reminder from Arrington Vineyards approximately 2 weeks prior to shipping. After your order has been processed you will receive a notification from FedEx with your tracking number and expected delivery date.
Do I need to be home to sign for my shipment?
Federal law requires an adult signature upon delivery when shipping alcohol. Person signing must be at least 21 years of age. If no one 21 years of age or older is at home during the day to sign for the package, we recommend that you provide us with an alternative delivery address such as your place of employment.
What happens if my wine club shipment is sent back to Arrington Vineyards?
FedEx will attempt to deliver your wine three times before returning the wine to us. If you are unable to make arrangements to pick up your wines at your local FedEx facility, prior to the package being returned to the winery, we will try to contact you to make arrangements for reshipping your wines. Additional shipping charges will occur.
I live locally and would like to pick up my wine club orders. Is this an option?
Absolutely! Once your quarterly order becomes available for pick up we will hold it for 30 days. If you are unable to pick up your wine order during this time we will conveniently ship your wine to you and apply any shipping costs to the credit/debit card account that we have on file.
What are the shipping costs?
1 – 2 Bottles: $18.00
3 – 4 Bottles: $22.00
5 – 6 Bottles: $30.00
7 – 12 Bottles: $40.00
When shipping wine tax will be charged based on the “ship to” state.
Can you ship wine to every state?
Unfortunately, due to many different state laws, we cannot accept club memberships for shipment of wine outside the United States or to the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CT, DE, HI, KY, KS, MA, ME, MS, MT, OK, PA, RI, SD, and UT.
Can I update my account online?

Can I exchange wine if I prefer another selection?
Wine selections may be changed prior to processing. After your quarterly order has been processed you may not exchange wines. Our winemaker has created many award-winning wines, we encourage you to try the selections – you may be pleasantly surprised!
Can my wine club benefits be extended to someone else?
Membership benefits are exclusive to the member only. Your guests may join the wine club to receive club benefits. Please keep in mind that if you refer a friend you will receive an autographed Hatch Show Print upon receipt of their first shipment/order.
Can I put my membership on hold?
We understand that there are certain circumstances that cannot be avoided in life. Should you encounter one of these circumstances we will put your account on hold and you may “skip” one quarterly order. After the “skipped quarter” your account will automatically be reactivated.
How long does my membership last?
We love having you as a wine club member and we know you will enjoy our wine club – You are welcome to remain a member as long as you like. There is no specific time frame for your membership.
Can I give a wine club membership as a gift?
It's as simple as filling out a Wine Club signup form with your information in the mailing and credit card fields and the gift recipient's information in the shipping fields. The automatic shipments will be billed to your credit card. You can designate a gift to be either ongoing or to continue until the number of gift shipments you indicate have been sent.
How can I cancel my wine club membership?
While we are sad to see you go, you may cancel at any time after you receive one shipment/order. Any cancellations after the 1st of the quarter will incur the regular fee for that month’s order and cancellation will be effective for the next quarterly wine order.
Can I rejoin?
